Health Coaching

Coaching is a process by which you are gently guided to think through and voice the issues that are impacting your health, in order to find ways to improve your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

My role as your health coach is to provide you with a safe space and the right conditions for you to be able to explore your issues and to find  a path to a healthier, sustainable lifestyle.

 Health and Wellbeing coaching can have a very positive effect all-round: you will feel a boost even when you have started to talk about your life's challenges. When you start making positive  changes, you will feel more motivated. Even the smallest steps can lead to a healthy life and this can have a very positive effect on your life, and your loved ones.
