About me

I have been coaching individuals and helping people improve their lives and their wellbeing for many years.

After starting out as a dental hygienist, I learned that, within this one-to-one confidential environment and along with my personable skills, people felt comfortable opening up about their lives and their problems, or, as I like to call them, challenges. I soon realised my patients were needing guidance on other health and well-being issues such as fitness, weight loss and relationship difficulties.

I subsequently gained a diploma in personal training and worked as a personal trainer and a life coach as an adjunct to my other profession.

Due to the pressures on the NHS and struggles many people have in being able to get the right help for their physical and mental health issues, I came to realise that health and well-being coaching was the natural 'next step' in the process of the all-round well-being service I wanted to provide.

My mission is to help people manage their own health and wellbeing by providing an affordable health coaching service.

I hope that I can help my local community live healthy, balanced, enriched lives, and to reduce the risks of systemic disease and further costs to the NHS.
